The 92 Governors and their geographical spheres of influence
In this table are all 92 governors listed. On the left you find the number of the governor. In the next column you find the geographical region the governor controls. Then follows the column with the name of the governor. The next two columns deal with the hebrew tribe that is associated to the governor and the ruling angel of the governor. The number of ministers follows in the next column and the cardinal direction of the governor. The last column is for the name of God that is associated to the governor.

The 92 governors are controlled and ruled by the twelve guardian angels of the hebrew tribes and are more like vectors of the regions they control, bestowing them with their quality. The twelve angels of the tribes are under the rulership of the seven angels of light, that stand before the throne of God. Their manifesting vectors are the seven planets Moon, Mercury, Venus, Sun, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. The number of 91 angels is somehow weird at the first moment. The number 91 can be split into 7 x 12 + 7 = 91: seven heptarchial angels and twelve angels of the tribes. These 91 governors are responsible for the transformation of the earth in each moment of time, and - so it seems - they are responsible, too, for the evolution of the human consciousness. One such angel is not only having influence over his region but he is also the genius loci of this region.
On the Great Table is a total of 92 sigills but unfortunately nothing more then the name of this 92. governor is known. As John Dee realized that there is this single governor around he tried to get informations on this governors by asking the angels. But his attempts were not succesful and the angels refused to talk about this governor. The names of the regions are the ones which were quite common in John Dee's time. Most of the names I did not change at all, only some were adapted to modern times. In Ptolemaeus' and Agrippa's work is a similar, but much shorter list. One region refers to a mythical region - Coxlant - refering to the garden Eden. Today there are some candidates around that would locate this particular region.
Some explanations regarding the regions and their names I am listing here, so you can locate at least some of these regions in nowadays terms of geography:
Cappadocia is the name of southern Turkey, Anatolia.
Etruria is the region where the etruscians lived, Asia Minor.
Asia Parva seems to be a former roman province.
Hyrcania is the southern coastal region of the Caspian Sea and means "The Land of the Wolf".
Gosmam is an arctic region.
Baidi and Parsadal are unknown.
Bactriane is the home of Zoroaster and is in the south of Sogdania.
Oxiana is at the shores of Oxus, today known as Amu Darya that flows into the Lake Aral.
Getulia is today known as Algeria.
Arabia (Petrae) is called "Kadosh" in the bible: There is the nabataean city Petra and the old kingdom Edom.
Phalagon is unknwon today.
Mantiana is identified with the Lake Van in southern Armenia.
Soxia is northern of Ariana and is also called Transoxania.
Sogdiana is between the rivers Oxus ans Jaxartes, later it became the emirate Bukhara and the region Samarkand.
Caspis is the region around the Caspian Sea.
Trenara is somewhere in Africa - nothing more is known.
Bithynia is a roman province in northern Turkey, just like Lacia.
Græcia is the city Constantinople.
Onigap is beyond the region Gia Pan (with 25 provinces), both are in the center of the atlantic culture, spreading to the west.
Orchenii is the isle of Malacha.
Cilicia is the place where the Arch anchored after the Deluge.
Paphlagonia is a roman province southern of Bythinia.
Phazania is southern of Tripolis and is called Fezzan by the arabs.
Itergi is southern of Cilicia and counts 14 regions.
Garamantica is the desert in central Lybia.
Saromatica is northern of the Black Sea.
Fiacim is at the north-pole and counts seven kingdoms.
Nasamonia is in northern Arica.
Idumea is the name of the ancient Edom.
Parstavia is unknown.
Comaginen is in the north-east of Syria.
Marmarica is the northern-african shore.
Gebal is the old name of Byblos.
Elam is the iranian highland.
Idunia is today Greenland (the germanic deity Idun was the name-patron).
Arriana, Ariana or Aryana is the old name of the persian province in the east. Today Aryana is in the east of Iran, in the north and east of Afghanistan and in the north-east of the Indus-valley.
Serici is unknown.
Gongatha is near the south-pole in Antarctica (!).
Gorsim is unknown.
Oacidi is also unknown - but it counts nine kingdoms.
Median is far in the north.
Idumian consists of two isles in the Scythian Sea.
Metagonitiden according to Ptolemaeus it is far in the south, near Mauretania.
Afran is unknown.
The region Vinsan is of high interest, because it is at the south-pole and from there - so Nalvage's account - Agrika, Europe and the middle East were colonized. The account of the angel Nalvage is emphasizing the theories that Andrew Collins published on Atlantis. Very interesting, indeed.
As you can see there are some regions that were unknown in the times of John Dee - especially the regions in Antarctica or the mythological regions. Many names are unknwon today and some regions are missing, too.
